Pricing tailored to your reliability needs.

At Redlist we create an individualized payment plan per customer to ensure that you only pay for exactly what you need.

Step 1

Type of
Facility

First, we look at what type of facility you have. Different facilities have different lubrication needs, so your starting annual price reflects those individual needs depending on the facility type below.

Facility Type

Chemical Manufacturing

Metal Manufacturing

Forest, Paper & Pulp

Oil & Gas

Mining

Step 2

Size of
Facility

Next, we look at the size of your facility by how many Lube Points there are. Our Team can help you find this number if you don't know it.

Step 3

Implementation
Costs

Implementation Costs include all the Onsite and Remote Support that your team needs to get your program up and running.

Implementation Costs can vary drastically depending on the size and quality of your data, as well as you and your team's commitment to engage with the process of implementation.

Step 4

Integration Costs and Custom Dev

Integrations are done on a case-by-case basis. Integrations that are native come at no additional cost. Check out this page for our native integrations

Implementing a Preventive Maintenance (PM) routine within Redlist emphasizes visual inspections, measurements and any relevant data or procedures, operator checks, and lubrication schedules. The cost here hinges on the task quantity and the richness of existing information.

Our mission centers on making it as easy as possible to capture critical information and to complete the routes. This entails incorporating comprehensive details, measurements, data, and procedures wherever possible. For example, with lubrication programs, we place importance on including fundamental details like asset localization within your facility, visual guides of assets, NFC tagging for verified presence, attached instructional documents etc. We also make it fast and easy for clear delineation of grease types, quantities, frequencies, and application techniques.

These easy visual instructions capturing are the same for operator and visual inspection rounds.

If you already possess this critical information, the implementation process could take only a few hours! It is important to remember, however, that a list of assets on a work-order is not a lube route.

If you are missing reliable details for your PM and lubrication strategy, our skilled technical advisors are available to support, either through remote digital support or on-site charting and instruction capture. This means that the timeline and fiscal aspect of a PM deployment can vary dramatically, with efforts ranging from 50 to 1,000 hours (about 1 and a half months) per site. This translates into costs from $15,000 up $50,000+, based on the scale of your data, the setup of components, and the desired engagement level of our experts.

Real-Time Monitoring

When it comes to Real-Time monitoring, project costs are influenced by several factors: the number assets, the amount of data that is being monitored, ahe data integration requirements, analysis service needs, and connectivity maturity.

By including as many details as possible we can dramatically enhance your reliability program.

Third-Party connectivity

Our most generic form of third-party data integration is oil analysis conducted by third party laboratories and EAM/CMMS systems. Here is what influences the pricing for each of these categories:

Oil Analysis Labs.

The cost of connecting to oil labs is primarily influenced by two factors:

  1. The number of components linked to Redlist; and The API connection for your oil lab.

Number of components: When we talk about the "number of components," we are referring to the total count of components (or some people refer to them as assets) of which oil analysis is performed. For example, if we conduct oil sampling on a gearbox every month, it counts as a single component, not 12 separate oil samples. To map an oil analysis component into Redlist APM typically takes around 5-10 minutes per component. The Mapping process a one-time cost.

API Connection to your lab: If a connection is pre-established, accessing this connector may incur a fee, typically ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 yearly. Conversely, if no connector currently exists, we will need to create one, which usually involves a cost ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.

As of now, we maintain connections with various oil labs, including Mobil Serv Lubrication Analysis, CAT S.O.S., Fluidlife, MyLab, ALS, SGS, Polaris Lab, Oilview, LTI, Oleum and more. Overall, the cost for oil lab connectivity can vary between $2,500 and $10,000, depending on the factors mentioned above.

ERP/EAM/CMMS Integrations

Your data is the lifeblood of your business. Your Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/ or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is the backbone of how you function day to day.

We understand that security for these systems is a top priority. We are partnered with multiple third-party expert connectors or integrators (Integrators) that are certified and compliant with the best-in-class and most up-to-date cybersecurity requirements. The price for the Integrator depends on which CMMS and fields need to be linked to Redlist. Altogether, the range for a CMMS connectivity can go from 10k to 50k for the first year doing the implementation, and 5 to 30K for the recurring maintenance cost ongoing.

By including as many details as possible we can dramatically enhance your reliability program.
